You are in control of your data.

Agromanager is a platform developed by and for fruit growers. Data is becoming increasingly valuable and this is why we want to ensure it remains under your control. In Agromanager, each customer has his own environment. In this environment, he is the owner of all the registered data.

When can someone else access my data?

In Agromanager no data is shared with third parties without your explicit consent. You can choose to share certain data. The person concerned will then only see the data you opted to share.
If a party approaches us with a request to share data, we are unfortunately unable to do so. Agromanager is in fact a service provider and not a data owner.

Who has access to my Agromanager account?

Your Agromanager environment can only be accessed by users you have added. The users can be found under ‘My company’. If you wish you can block a particular user. The Agromanager Help Desk also has an account that is used to access your environment. It will only be used for support if and when you need it. If you do not want our Help Desk to have this option, you can deny us access.

Does Agromanager make money from your data?

No. To cover our costs, we charge a licence fee to our customers. We use some of this revenue to ensure your data is kept secure. We also ensure sufficient backups, so that the risk of data loss is virtually non-existent.

Which of my data does Agromanager store?

For our administration we need general company data. This data includes your billing address, the modules you have purchased and the crops grown. In order to improve the use of our website, we keep track of some general parameters. This enables us to provide our users with the best possible user experience. These parameters are made anonymous per country and are for internal use only.

What happens to my data if I cancel my licence?

If you wish to stop using Agromanager, you will be given an extra month to export your data. If you wish, we will export the data to a common file format. At the end of the month, all your data will be deleted.

Where is my data stored in Agromanager?

We store your data in various databases, in specialised data centres. We always apply strict security measures. There’s no place like home: that’s why your data is always stored within the European Union.
